DVD on Out of School Time program quality
Posted by on November 11, 2005
The Wallace Foundation is committed to strengthening cities’ out of school time (OST) systems to provide meaningful high-quality, sustainable programs to as many children as possible, particularly those from low and moderate-income families.
To probe questions facing the field, the Foundation invited OST practitioners, funders, advocates and policy makers to a symposium – “Building a Framework for the Future” — earlier this year to help shape a more productive and fact-based national conversation on the key issues of quality and sustainability.
The key findings of the day were captured in a 10 minute video now available for viewing. The Wallace Foundation encourages you to log on to its website http://www.wallacefoundation.org to view or download the proceedings. Wallace Foundation executives are also available to answer questions at 212-251-9824.
