MANNA is a nonprofit organization in Philadelphia providing nutrition services to improve health for people with serious illnesses who need nourishment to heal. By providing medically tailored meals and nutrition education, we empower people to improve their health and quality of life.

Drivers deliver pre-packaged meals to our clients across Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. Drivers must properly maintain MANNA vehicles and monitor and maintain proper MANNA vehicle refrigeration temperatures to ensure food quality.

Employment Category: Full  or Part Time

Reports To: Logistics Manager

RESPONSIBILITITES:

• Drive assigned routes and deliver correct dietary modifications to clients in an accurate and timely fashion
• Follow proper food safety guidelines including food handling and refrigeration temperature.
• Ensure client records are kept confidential
• Obey all traffic rules in accordance to PA and NJ driving laws
• Responsible for cab and refrigeration unit cleaning maintenance
• Record information on driver vehicle logs daily
• Report any updates on clients, needed vehicle maintenance, and problems with vehicles or routes
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to lift 25lbs
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
