COMMUNITY FUN DAY AND YARD SALE TO BENEFIT THE HOUSTON PLAYGROUND!!
SATURDAY, NOVMBER 8TH
10 AM – 2 PM
(Rain date November 9th)
• Empty out your basements and attics to sell at our community yard sale at the Houston playground, 7300 Rural Lane.
• Those with goods to sell will show up the morning of the yard sale, around 9 am, with whatever you would like to get rid
of. We will all set up on our own blankets/tarps/tables around the perimeter of the playground, behind Houston Elementary.
• An organized run to Goodwill for mass donations will happen after the event at no cost to you!
• We are recommending at least 50% of your proceeds to be donated to the Friends of Houston Playground (tax deductible).
• Or just come out to browse, buy, spend time with your neighbors and school mates and support the Houston Playground!
RSVP is much appreciated, though walk-ins are welcome. If you would like to participate in the yard sale and/or volunteer to support the event please contact Crystal Bianchi (crystal.bianchi@gmail.com) or David Stern-Gottfried (dave@davesg.com). Enjoy a day of
camaraderie, purging of unwanted belongings, and supporting your local playground.
