Documentary: Standing on My Sisters’ Shoulders

Standing on My Sisters’ Shoulders, an award-winning documentary about the role of women in the 1960s civil rights movement in Mississippi, will be shown at La Salle University, Dan Rodden Theater, on October 14, 2009, from 7-9 p.m., with discussion led by Joan Sadoff, MSW, co-producer. Two CEUs will be available for PA licensed social workers, marriage & family therapists, and professional counselors for a cost of $ 20; all others free. More information at 215 951-1119.
