A Hope That Lights The Way is a new documentary from the Mayor’s Office of Public Engagement that tells the stories of nine community leaders and organizations who are committed to changing the narratives around Black men and boys in Philadelphia.
The film shines a light on community-based organizations from all over the city that are investing in our youth and their futures.
Join us for a special screening on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, 2:30-5:30 PM at The Underground located at Temple Unversity’s Howard Gittis Student Center (1755 N 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122). Following the screening, we’ll have the opportunity to speak with the filmmakers, featured community leaders, and Temple University researchers that made this film possible.
