What’s the YAC?
The YAC is Do Something’s Youth Advisory Council, a panel of young people that tells us what to do: what’s cool and what’s lame; what issues matter to young people; how we can get our programs out there and get young people excited; etc. The YAC also selects our Do Something Grant recipients twice each year. YAC members meet twice a year in person, and they participate in conference calls and emails throughout the year. Basically, the YAC is a powerful group of smart, diverse, energetic, passionate people. And we need more of ’em…
