New handbook supports youth activism
DoSomething.org has published a new handbook for youth aged 9 and up looking to make their mark to improve their communities.
Do Something! A Handbook for Young Activists contains quizzes to help kids find the issues that matter most to them and 280 pages of projects, checklists, worksheets, timelines—everything a world-changer needs to turn a big idea into real action. It also includes 32 Action Plans that take kids every step of the way and inspiring profiles of regular kids who are making a difference in a big way.
