Diversity is the key to developing and sustaining a robust community. From race, ethnicity and gender to socio-economic status, physical abilities and geography, diversity can be defined through an infinite number of prisms. Ultimately, access and inclusion for all demographics requires everyone’s participation.
Conversations around diversity, access and inclusion are at the forefront of the local, regional and national conversation.
The 9th Annual RAIN Conference will continue the dialog and explore how innovation communities are promoting entrepreneurship while engaging with a diverse and inclusive population. The conference will look at existing successful programs that promote diversity, investors focused on making an impact, and resources that expand opportunity beyond the status quo.
