Diversion Program Coordinator, Collective Climb – Dec 6
Posted by Collective Climb on November 21, 2023
Collective Climb is hiring a Diversion Program Coordinator. Collective Climb is a Black-led 501c3 empowering BIPOC youth in Philadelphia to realize freedom in our communities through restorative justice.
About: We have developed a referral system to process cases for youth who have caused misdemeanor- and felony-level harm in Philadelphia. Our intervention creates critical healing spaces for youth and harmed individuals to pursue reconciliation outside of a punitive justice system rooted in racial oppression. Starting in January, we will offer a School-specific Diversion Program to support youth who have caused harm within school sites. Over time, we hope the Diversion Program Coordinator can add to our record of success and scale the growth of our diversionary offerings.
The Role: This role entails onboarding youth participants and impacted people into the process, connecting with community partners, facilitating conferences, tracking attendance, managing restitution, and recording outcomes! This is a full-time salaried position (with optical, dental, and vision benefits) with a rate based on experience. We are open to diverse backgrounds. Experience (2+ years) in relevant roles and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Apply by December 6, 2023.
Our target start date is January 5th.
