Join us for the next Dissertation Dish session on October 12 at 3:15 PM to hear from Dr. Emmanuel Jeje, an engaged scholar and a fellow with the Community Leadership & Learning Ecosystems for Agency & Development Laboratory at the Staley School of Leadership. He earned his Ph.D. in leadership communication from Kansas State University and holds both an MBA and an M.S. in Geography/Geoinformatics. He served as Program Assistant in the Office of External Engagement, which is part of the Office of the President at K-State. In this role, Dr. Jeje assisted, contributed to, and enhanced the value of K-State’s research and learning partnerships by collecting data from the university’s community visits initiative to map the impact of these partnerships across the state and beyond.
During the session, Dr. Jeje will explore Participatory mapping as a tool for social change: A tale of community development efforts in Northeast Kansas and Western Guatemala.
