Organizational Overview: Campus Philly fuels inclusive economic growth by encouraging diverse college students and recent graduates to study, explore, live and work in the Greater Philadelphia region. Campus Philly works with 30+ college and university partners in the region to help students fall in love with Philadelphia and stay in the region after they graduate.
Position Summary: The Director of Partnership Development is a dynamic, results-oriented, and collaborative position supporting Campus Philly’s efforts to grow and fulfill paid partnerships with corporate, government, nonprofit, and philanthropic organizations. The ideal candidate will be a frontline fundraiser for the organization, able to organize a wide variety of information, hold a big-picture view of all Campus Philly partnerships, and develop deep understanding of the unique relationships we have with individual partners.
The Director of Partnership Development reports to the President of Campus Philly and works in collaboration with the full Campus Philly team.
