We are excited that we are getting closer to having our first full time staff member which is important to our progress.
Youth Action is hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships to manage existing partnerships, create new school & community partnerships, increase donor engagement & establish new donors through grants, one on ones, & events, and develop marketing plan & publicity efforts for Youth Action. This will result in increased school & community partnerships for recruitment of middle & high school students into Youth Action, increased leverage of consistent resources, and increased visibility of Youth Action in the community.
The position itself is a position that comes with a living allowance of $14,136, excellent health benefits, end of service benefits ($6,195 education award or $1,800 cash stipend), and additional professional growth opportunities (could lead to full time regular benefits). Most work will be virtual and hours can be flexible.
