District 1199C Training & Upgrading Fund – Director of Special Projects
The Training and Upgrading Fund is seeking a Director of Special Projects, whose responsibilities include management of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry-funded Industry Partnership initiatives; researching funding opportunities for public and private grant opportunities; and preparing and submitting grant proposals and reports.
Candidates should have a Masters Degree and three years of experience in grant writing and contract development/implementation as well as experience in fundraising, project evaluation and creating budgets for grant applications. Work experience in the healthcare industry and/or the field of education is preferred.
