The Director of Service and Justice Education is a leader in the design, delivery, evaluation and continuous enhancement of programs, services, and events that support Campus Ministry in its mission of nurturing and witnessing religious faith through community service. The Director integrates spiritual growth into the academic and social environment of the University through programs that develop leadership and discipleship in service to the poor and education for justice. The programs reflect the model of St. Thomas of Villanova who dedicated his life in service to the poor. The Director leads Campus Ministry in articulating and strengthening the commitment of the University to both the Gospel and the world. These service and justice programs directly incorporate prayer and reflection. This position requires flexible work schedule that includes evening and weekend responsibilities in order to accomplish the duties of this position and to maintain an active personal spiritual life and professional development
Master Degree in Theology/Pastoral Ministry and/or Doctor of Ministry required with experience in higher education
