Responsibilities: Effective, efficient and successful functioning of the AchieveAbility Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSSP); planning, oversight, management, training, coordination, integration, data analysis, evaluation, reporting, resource development, financial management and promotion (in collaboration with other AchieveAbility departments) of all aspects of the FSSP so as to help as many families as possible reach self-sufficiency in a cost effective manner.
Qualifications: Dynamic; hardworking; analytical and able to develop and integrate programs and systems; comfortable with budgeting and finances, enjoys public speaking; has a high level of emotional intelligence; a great motivator; deeply shares AchieveAbility?s mission, philosophy and approach and is able to communicate this and instill it in staff and clients; has a graduate or professional degree and at least 5 years in a position of significant responsibility supervising others; has skills and experience in any or a combination of the following areas: education and training, human services, customer service, project and program management, financial management, public relations and resource or business development. Background checks, drug test, car, driver?s license and insurance.
Compensation and Benefits: Very highly competitive.
