The YWCA of Bucks County is seeking a Director of Resource Development. This experienced fundraiser and grant writer should have the written and oral communication skills needed to research and write government, foundation and corporate grant proposals. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position is also responsible for taking the lead on annual organizational resource development efforts including assisting with special events. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize projects, track grant requirements and deadlines, communicate effectively with staff and grant representatives, and self-directed. Responsible for researching development opportunities, grant writing, grant management and reporting, the successful candidate will have a strong desire to achieve positive results.

Requirements:
? Bachelor?s Degree, Master?s Degree preferred.
? Demonstrated and successful track record of grant writing and attainment.
? Three to five years? work experience in the non-profit sector with an emphasis on resource development.
? Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
? Commitment to the mission of the YWCA of Bucks County.
