Director of Resource Development, PACDC

The Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations (PACDC) is seeking an enthusiastic and creative person to fill the position of Director of Resource Development as we enter our 25th anniversary year in 2017. The Director will be part of PACDC’s leadership team, and will lead planning and successful execution of PACDC’s fundraising strategies to support the growth and diversification of revenue sources. The Director will also work to enhance PACDC’s image, and develop and implement strategies that effectively communicate PACDC’s efforts as well as the benefits of membership to key target audiences. Ideal candidates for this position will have at least five years successful direct corporation and foundation fundraising experience with a non-profit; exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills; demonstrated ability to think strategically, create plans, set objectives, track progress towards goals, and achieve goals; and strong event planning skills.
