At Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia (HFHP), we are builders who work alongside, not for, others. We are driven by accountability and defined by our stick-to-itiveness. The Director of Repairs is responsible for directional leadership and oversite for all HFHP’s home repair strategies. The Director of Repairs leads, manages and drives accountability of the dynamic Repair Team. The Director of Repairs works closely with leadership to set forth and oversee annual repair production goals, budgets, enterprise risk management, and long-range schedules that are in alignment with HFHP’s strategic direction.
The ideal candidate will: have depth of experience in residential construction; have a proven track record of successful program development and management; and will maintain quality outcomes, positive relationships, and good humor while working in a dynamic environment.
