Director of Individual Giving, Phila. Yearly Meeting

GENERAL SUMMARY:
In collaboration with Philadelphia Yearly Meeting’s (PYM’s) leadership, the Director of Individual Giving, the senior-most member of PYM’s development team, will build a sustainable culture of philanthropy at PYM as well as conceptualize, organize, and implement a comprehensive and strategic fundraising program that is metrics driven. The Director reports to, and partners with, the General Secretary, and is charged with identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors and fundraising from affiliated Quaker meetings (congregations). The Director provides leadership for the fundraising program with the goal of securing contributed income to further PYM’s strategic priorities (approximately $1M to $1.5M annually).
