Pathways to Housing PA is seeking a passionate human resources professional with a “people-centric” approach to be its next Director of Human Resources. The optimal candidate will be someone who can serve as both a collaborative strategist on the executive team, as well as an approachable, supportive liaison for staff members. Pathways is an ambitious, growing organization, and the next executive to lead its human resources strategy and essential functions must be passionate about and skilled at developing consistent onboarding and training structures that support a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
