Senior Manager
Reports to Executive Director
The Director will be responsible for monitoring, tracking and planning all fundraising initiatives for Travelers Aid with the exception of government funding.
Responsibilities include:
Developing a Calendar for All Foundation Submittals, Reports, Newsletters, Direct Mail Campaigns, Volunteer efforts, Seasonal Events, and the TA Annual Event.
Maintaining the data base listing the donors, amounts, and all relevant materials
Presenting fundraising efforts and results regularly to the Fundraising Committee of the Board, and working with the committee and the board to increase revenue and donation of needed items.
Represent the agency to the public, recruit congregations and groups, oversee the volunteer coordinator, and be the public “face” of the agency.
Qualifications:
Interested parties must have-
BA, Masters, and/or equivalent experience. Academic degree must be accompanied by at least 5 years hands on experience in fundraising.
