Oversee day to day operations of the kitchen, meal planning and preparation (3 meals a day, average 700 people daily)
Order food and supplies
Oversee donation management and logistics
Periodically oversee volunteers
Relationships with local providers and food banks, preferred
Some weekends and holidays required
ServSafe Certified or able to complete in the first 3 months of employment
High school/GED required
Some collge preferred
