Director of Finance, Maternity Care Coalition

The Maternity Care Coalition is seeking a full-time Director of Finance responsible for providing support in the management and oversight of the Finance Department, which includes: accounting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, cash management, grants management, and financial reporting and transparency. This position provides support for the implementation of policies and procedures for the agency ensuring that financial reporting requirements are met and all obligations are fulfilled.
The Director of Finance will report to the VP of Finance and Administration, under limited supervision will contribute to the management of department activities and services, coordinating work plans and personnel needs; overseeing various accounting and financial management functions; and interfacing with other agency employees and consultants.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or MBA preferred. Six (6) plus years increasingly responsible in finance/accounting, preferably in nonprofit; supervisory experience preferred.
