The Hope Center is seeking a Director of Evaluation to join our growing team of professionals working to advance supports for #RealCollege students across the nation. This role will be primarily responsible for providing comprehensive senior-level coordination and management of The Hope Center’s day-to-day evaluation activities. The­ experienced candidate should possess a strong understanding of the statistics surrounding the design and analysis of randomized control trials. The candidate should also possess exceptional project management abilities, high-level experience in managing and developing teams, and excellent communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders. As part of the Research and Evaluation team, the Director of Evaluation will work closely with our Research team to ensure high-quality and highly impactful evaluations, which aim to inform and change practice and policy in higher education affordability.
