Congregation Mishkan Shalom, a progressive Reconstructionist synagogue in Philadelphia, seeks a full-time Director of Engagement and Communications to strengthen connection and belonging across our community. This role integrates member engagement, communications, and program support—welcoming new members, supporting committees and major events, managing all synagogue communications, and ensuring members feel informed, connected, and engaged.
