Director of Early Learning Programs, Parent Infant Center

The Program Director is responsible for overall operation and administration, as well as curriculum development, of the early learning program for infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. Supported by a dedicated administrative team and Executive Director, the Director provides hands-on supervision to approximately 40 full- and part-time teachers.

Qualifications: BA in Early Childhood Education (MA preferred) and six years’ experience in an early learning program, including three years of direct supervisory/administrative experience. Must meet current applicable director’s requirements for DPW, NAEYC, Keystone Stars level 4, and hold a PA Director’s Credential or be willing to obtain one within a year of hire. Command of DPW regulations, Keystone Stars and PA Early Childhood Standards, and NAEYC accreditation criteria a must.
