About Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN)
PYN alleviates poverty by preparing young people to succeed in tomorrow’s workforce. PYN coordinates partners that connect young people to education and employment experiences, equipping them with the skills employers need. As a result, PYN creates a system of services that help young people become successful, creating a diverse local talent pipeline.
At PYN, we are committed to building and sustaining a workforce that values and celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion. This commitment is core to our mission and impact. We know that delivering on that commitment requires diverse experience and perspective in our team, our partners, and our programmatic services. We believe that when people feel respected and included, innovation thrives, talent grows, and our impact deepens. We are committed to those workplace values for our team and for the young people we serve.
