Director of Development & Marketing
The Philadelphia Educational Fund (PEF) has an opportunity to lead a growing regional nonprofit’s effort to effectively utilize an array of development strategies and to increase awareness and appreciation of its competencies and services. Will be responsible for designing and spearheading implementation of a strategic approach to fundraising, resource development and outreach to potential consumers of services and products. Success will include identifying and pursuing funding opportunities and in developing materials and presentations to promote the organization’s image with funders, existing and potential clients and partners, and the general public.
The PEF, an independent non-profit local education fund, was founded in 1995 to improve the quality of public education in Philadelphia, and remains the leading organization serving that role. With a $10M budget and a dynamic new Strategic Business Plan, PEF is poised to diversify its sources of revenue and work by expanding its focus to the underserved school children throughout the region. Please send a resume and cover letter to Leadership Recruiters, c/o Fairmont Ventures, 1201 Chestnut Street, 13th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19107, or by e-mail at [email protected].
