Director of Development and Business Operations
The Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund, founded in 1976, advocates for families with seriously ill, physically and cognitively challenged, or severely injured children nationwide. The Fund provides financial assistance for needs not covered by insurance for families in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
The Position
An experienced professional who will be responsible for a full range of responsibilities in three major areas: Strategic Partnerships, Development, and Business Operations, which include day-to-day management of the office, staff, and programs of the KADMF.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA or other appropriate Masters degree preferred
Experience: Three years of business planning/development experience. Must have strong managerial experience in personnel management. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in writing grant proposals. Exceptional proficiency in researching, writing and editing skills. Success in meeting and exceeding performance goals. Successful fund raising experience and understanding of fundraising/income development.
