PACDC Director of Communications

The Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations (PACDC) seeks an energetic and creative person to fill the new position of Director of Communications.  The Director will lead implementation of PACDC’s communications strategy to support its range of policy and capacity building work, and will be responsible for enhancing PACDC’s organizational image and positioning the organization’s messages for optimal success.  The Director will also work to raise awareness of CDC work to the broader general public, and provide support and guidance to PACDC members to advance their individual communications goals.  Qualifications include at least four years professional communications experience, and excellent verbal, written and proofreading skills.
