• Oversees the fundraising process and maintains records of receipts and disbursements of funds.
  
• Plans fundraising events that effectively communicate the purposes of the organization.
  
• Collaborates with marketing and advertising staff to ensure marketing campaigns are consistent with the organization’s public image.
  
• Serves as the project manager for major special events and functions; promotes and reports on organizational milestones and activities such as organizational goals and projects; new programs or services; community service activities; and new hires, promotions, and retirements.
  
• Serves as organization spokesperson as needed.
  
• Works with senior leadership to determine the funding priorities of the organization and develop strategies to achieve fundraising goals.
  

Requirements

• Master’s Degree preferred
  
• Five years or more of fundraising experience; familiarity with elements of a comprehensive fundraising program including annual appeals, major gifts, foundation and corporate grants and public funding sources.
  
• CFRE preferred
  
• Nonprofit leadership preferred
  
• Bilingual preferred
  
• Certification in trauma-informed and restorative practices preferred
• COVID19 Vaccination Mandatory
