Salary: $45,000 – $55,000

Description:
The Director of Adult Services is responsible for overseeing the Adult Services components of the agency. This includes, but is not limited to, Organizing, Case Management, and Employment and Training. The Director of Adult Services will make sure that the managers within the Adult Services components maintain contract compliance with mandated performance standards and follow program procedures. This individual will manage the departmental budgets, and be primarily responsible for identification of additional resources and expansion of programs.
A. Contract Compliance: Assure all programs are being operated in accordance with the contract and the internal policies and procedures of NSCA
B. Track program performance to assure quality programming:
C. Program Coordination: Assure that all programs in adult services are integrated in such a manner as to provide residents seamless access to services.
D. Staff Development: Assure all staff have access to appropriate training to successfully complete their job and motivate staff to continue training and education in order to improve program quality
E. Resource development
Additional Qualifications:
1. Master’s in Human Services, Social Work and/or related fiend PREFERRED.
2. Minimum on a Bachelor’s in Human Services, Social Work and/or related field.
3. Minimum of 2 years experience in multi contract management.
4. Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
6. Demonstrates experience in proposal writing.
7. Knowledge of and familiarity with the funding arena and players.
8. Commitment to community empowerment.
9. Ability to lead and to motivate others to do so.
10. Ability to teach and model.
11. Computer Literate, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite.
12. Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
