The Administrative Director of the Fox School Executive Programs (Executive MBA and Executive Education), reporting to the Deputy Academic Director, coordinates all recruitment and program management activities. The Administrative Director develops and implements a comprehensive strategic recruitment plan targeting both regional corporations and individual executives and with the Associate Directors, manages the program administration and delivery for executives currently enrolled in the programs. The Administrative Director develops and nurtures corporate relationships regionally, nationally and internationally through targeted outreach and coordination with staff involved in corporate outreach across the Fox School. The Administrative Director continually evaluates the Fox School’s competition in the Executive MBA and Executive Education markets and develops and implements solutions to attract high quality students and deliver a world-class Executive experience for participants. As part of the Fox Executive Programs team, the Administrative Director contributes to the overall mission of the Fox MBA & MS Programs office by working collaboratively with the entire graduate team and cross-sells the School’s suite of MBA programs. The Administrative Director will also oversee the class operations for all Executive MBA Philadelphia intakes, and supervise/coach support staff for Executive MBA Philadelphia and Executive Education operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and at least six (6) years related experience in business or education management. Demonstrated experience with executive recruitment, program management and corporate outreach in a business or academic setting. Experience managing and monitoring budgets. Demonstrated experience establishing corporate/organizational partnerships including working on the strategy and implementation of targeted priorities. Experience organizing and managing events, preferably in an academic setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

* Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of students, faculty, and staff.
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and solve problems both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational abilities; strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated computer skills to include MS Office.
* Strong written and oral communication skills and polished platform skills.
* Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to participate in weekend and evening events and travel regularly to the Hub in Philadelphia, PA.
Preferred:
* MBA degree.
