Director – Bilingual Domestic Violence Program
The BDVP director is responsible for implementing agency mission in regards to domestic violence programming and participating in the management team of the overall agency. The BDVP director ensures the provision of quality services, supervision of staff, fulfillment of contractual obligations, maintenance of funding, and adherence to program budget. A master’s degree in social work or related field required. Minimum three years experience in program planning and domestic violence/clinical services delivery. Good organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as sensitivity to victims and survivors of violence and low-income individuals and communities. Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a dynamic community-based organization. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
