PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in collaboration with The Philadelphia Education Fund and City Year within the school to ensure the success of the school.
Attend progress monitoring meetings to implement Early Warning Indicator System which facilitates the identification of appropriate interventions.
Provide individual and group sessions to students with behavioral and attendance issues to enhance their coping skills in stressful situations.
Provide daily and monthly reports of student engagement.
Complete a needs assessment with student and family to determine the action plan for successful acclamation within school culture.
Facilitate individual and group sessions with targeted students to improve their socialization skills.
Monitor grades and attendance of targeted students and put in place proper interventions when necessary.
Collaborate with outside agencies for services to ensure student’s physical well being.
Attend weekly and monthly meetings as necessary
