Resources to Engage Students in Critically Analyzing Social Media News Content

AASCU’s American Democracy Project has announced a new national initiative on digital polarization. “The Digital Polarization Initiative, or ‘DigiPo,’ is an attempt to build web literacy by having students participate in a broad, cross-institutional project to fact-check, annotate, and provide context to the different news stories that show up in Twitter and Facebook feeds.

If you, your class, or [your] campus project or organization would like to participate, complete this Google Form.”
