Digital Inclusion Specialist
The Digital Inclusion Specialist will be required to work in all of PECCDC?s facilities and the surrounding community. This position requires a person who is technologically savvy and is a quick learner. Incumbent must be committed to PEC?s belief in the quality, dignity and worth of every person and recognition that homelessness and poverty are systemic issues that require community responses. Must be able to effectively communicate and have good interpersonal skills while maintaining a professional manner with clients and participants and maintain appropriate boundaries at all times. Experience in the following software: Windows 2000/XP, Flash, Dreamweaver, MS Office, Internet Explorer and FTP programs. Knowledge of networking is desirable and CCNA familiarity is preferred. Recruit, train and set up accounts for participants. Refurbish donated computers. Provide technical support for Families First computer lab. Assist in installation of wireless equipment and troubleshoot when necessary. Other duties as requested. Minimum starting pay $10.00 per hour plus comprehensive benefits package.
