Digital Communications Coordinator, Campus Compact – Jul 18

Posted by Campus Compact on July 12, 2022

Campus Compact is a national coalition of colleges and universities committed to the public purposes of higher education. As the only national higher education association dedicated solely to higher education civic and community engagement, Campus Compact enables higher education institutions to develop students’ citizenship skills and forge effective community partnerships. Our resources support senior administrators, faculty, staff, and students as they pursue community-based teaching, scholarship, and action in the service of positive change.

The digital communications coordinator will contribute to Campus Compact communications strategy with the goal of sharing stories from and building connections among Campus Compact’s members, partners, and supporters.

The digital communications coordinator will be a vital part of Campus Compact’s communications team and will curate, develop, and design email, web, and social media communications. The coordinator will report to the director of communications and work closely with staff and leadership throughout the organization to support member institutions by (1) illustrating the wide range of programs, events, opportunities, and resources available to our coalition and (2) inspiring action, lifting up member voices, and sharing stories of success. This is a great opportunity for professionals who want to play a leadership role in communications for a well-respected, high-impact national organization—the coordinator will be responsible for increasing the frequency and kinds of email, web, and social media communications we produce.

Campus Compact is headquartered in Boston, MA with a national geographically distributed staff. This position is fully remote, with the option of working in the Boston office if desired.

July 18 is the priority deadline. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
