Development Manager: Neighborhood Bike Works is seeking a Full Time Development Manager to lead a wide-ranging fundraising strategy to support NBW’s youth programs and general operations. The Development Manager plans and implements Neighborhood Bike Works’ development strategy, working closely with the Executive Director to establish annual development goals and strategies. The Manager oversees major fundraising campaigns, communications, and grant proposals and takes the lead on two main aspects of NBW’s development operation: foundation grants and individual giving.
