The Development Manager manages, maintains, creates, and supports special and third party fundraising events, identifies and cultivates corporate sponsors and major gifts in kind, and leads and directs development volunteers. The role prepares fundraising plans and works with event committees and enlists support of key volunteers, board members and staff to implement fundraising initiatives, and to meet event-related goals
