Mighty Writers, a five-year-old Philadelphia nonprofit that teaches city kids to write, is looking for a development director. Required: three-to-five years nonprofit experience. Winning candidate will oversee all fundraising and grantwriting functions, strategize plans for increasing the annual budget, develop and direct implementation of new initiatives, provide guidance for the direction of the board and assist the executive director with plans for short-and-long-term growth.
