Development Director, Breakthrough of Greater Philadelphia

Reporting to and in partnership with the Executive Director (ED), the Development Director (Director) will spearhead development efforts as Breakthrough continues to grow. This includes grant seeking, writing and reporting, donor cultivation, event execution, database (Salesforce) management, and communications. This individual will work closely with an active board Fundraising Committee. A full position description can be found here.
Founded in 1995, Breakthrough of Greater Philadelphia is a six-year academic enrichment program that builds a path from middle school to college for low-income students from Philadelphia’s public schools.
Breakthrough also inspires talented high school and college students to become educators and engaged citizens by giving them responsibility for teaching in its programs.
