Development Coordinator Pan American Academy Charter School
Congreso is actively looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill the Pan American Academy Charter School Full-Time Development Coordinator position. You will be responsible for daily activities in support of Pan American Academy Charter School’s development programs, including identifying donor prospects as well as corporate, foundation and government prospects for funding. Grant writing is the main focus of the Development Coordinator role, as well as maintaining donor records, soliciting and acknowledging donations, and preparing advertisements or correspondence regarding the organization and its programs. In addition, you will also act as a support to development and fundraising planning. You must be able to maintain a fundraising database, prepare reports for funders and donors as needed, and organize site visits for funders and donors. Strong writing and research skills are a must. Experience writing grants and knowledge of public education preferred.
Minimum qualifications and experiences required:
• Minimum of 4 years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of grant writing experience.
• Experience working in deadline-driven environments.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments and meet deadlines
Minimum Education:
· Bachelors Degree
