Development Coordinator, Gift of Life Donor Program
Gift of Life Transplant Foundation, the non-profit fundraising subsidiary of the Gift of Life Donor Program, has an exceptional opportunity for a newly experienced professional to plan, coordinate and evaluate all Family House fundraising special events, and to develop and coordinate the Family House Caregiver Lifeline and Young Friends programming. The Development Coordinator is the principal conduit in which all event planning and PR/marketing communications are handled with internal and external community members.
Successful candidates will have the ability to work independently on several projects concurrently, ability to prioritize daily activities and ability to manage unexpected increases in workload. You will possess excellent communication, organizational and creative thinking skills. You will be able to handle sensitive and confidential situations, remain aware of internal and external client needs, present yourself in a professional, positive and responsive manner and willingly support a cooperative team effort.
Bachelor’s degree and three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience in Development/Fundraising, Sales, Marketing, Public/Community Relations, or Event Planning is required. Must have some experience in planning and implementing events.
