Educating Communities for Parenting is seeking a part time Development & Communications Coordinator to work hand-in-hand with both the President & CEO and the Vice President of Communications.

Responsibilities:

Create funding proposals, letters of intent, and donor appeals.
Maintain public web and print-based presence.
Maintain GiftWorks database including adding/updating constituent information, entering, and acknowledging contributions.
Manage both traditional and electronic *Development/Communications mailings.
Manage social media and prepare press releases.
Coordinate and maintain Development/Communications calendar
Provide staff support when needed for specials events and projects.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work in team oriented environment as well as independently.
Ability to work with diverse populations in diverse settings.
Proficient with Word, Excel, and Publisher
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of social networking applications
Bachelors’ Degree
