White-Williams Scholars, a 206-year old nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting high achieving Philadelphia high school students of limited financial resources in order to increase their opportunities for success in the future, seeks a Development Associate.

The Development Associate reports to the Development Director and together they are responsible for overall strategy and implementation of the $1.6 million annual campaign. The fundraising program includes individual, corporate, and foundation gifts, and an annual graduation and alumni reunion.

Candidates will have a strong belief in the mission of the organization and the students served; excellent writing, verbal, and organizational skills; two or more years experience in development work; high level of motivation, energy, enthusiasm, creativity; knowledge of Results Plus database; technological savvy and graphic design experience desired.
