Development and Communications Manager, Reflect Organization

Job Summary: Reflect’s Development and Communications Manager is a tech-savvy, fundraising generalist who will implement creative strategies across multiple fundraising categories to support positive relationships with partners, constituents, and donors. The new manager, the first in Reflect’s history, will communicate clearly and convincingly with Reflect’s board and committee leaders, donors, volunteers, and supporters to keep them engaged, updated on their impact, and aware of Reflect’s activities and needs. This staff member will also attend community and mission-related events, spread Reflect’s message, and otherwise research, identify, cultivate, engage, and steward potential donors. Reporting to Reflect’s Executive Director, this new role fulfills the vital role of fundraising to meet ambitious resource generation goals. Minimum of 3 years of fundraising experience with proven results.

Salary Range: $56,500 to $65,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits.
