Development and Communications Manager

Reflect’s Development and Communications Manager is a tech-savvy, fundraising generalist, who will implement creative strategies across multiple fundraising categories to support positive relationships with partners, constituents, and donors. The new manager, the first in Reflect’s history, will communicate clearly and convincingly with Reflect’s Board and committee leaders, donors, volunteers, and supporters to keep them engaged, updated on their impact, and aware of Reflect’s activities and needs. This staff member will attend community and mission-related events, spread Reflect’s message, and otherwise research, identify, cultivate, engage, and steward potential donors. Reporting to Reflect’s Executive Director, this position fulfills the vital role of fundraising to meet ambitious resource generation goals.
Hours: M-F, 9-5 PM. Additional hours as needed, including weekends, with purposeful interstate travel.
Location: The Manager must work at Reflect National, located in Philadelphia.
