Developing a Communications Plan
An organization benefits greatly from a strategic, intentional approach to communication that clearly defines messages, audience, the tools you use to achieve these objectives and the key people responsible. Learn how to create a comprehensive communications plan, from assessing needs to designing strategies and tactics. You’ll use your plan to build relationships and reduce potential risk.
