Deputy Director, Pathways PA
Assist in the direction of a fast-paced North Philadelphia EARN Center that helps TANF participants get and keep family-sustaining employment. Applicant must have a solid track record in managing complex, performance-based programs. Must have expertise in providing job development, work experience, data management, quality assurance and case management services for low-income participants. Bachelor’s degree required, Spanish-English fluency and experience with PWDC contracts are strongly preferred. FT, benefits.
